Complete failure from start to finish. I would not recommend Tiger Lily Flowers & Gifts. I ordered their “Pink Velvet” arrangement for my best friend’s birthday, specifically to be delivered on Saturday, her actual birthday. I’ve included photos of what I ordered versus what she ultimately received, because they speak for themselves. First, the flowers were never delivered on her birthday. After multiple back-and-forth conversations with the office and delivery drivers, I finally spoke directly with the driver and specifically asked him to leave the arrangement outside because my friend was there, but unable to answer the phone, but would be out moments later to collect them. He promised that he would, and then apparently decided on his own not to leave them and returned the arrangement to the shop instead. More than an hour later, the office contacted me to tell me the flowers had been returned and would not be delivered that night — or even the following day. At that point, I asked for a refund and was refused. I was told someone would call me back to let me know when they could deliver them. No one called me back. They had even suggested that my friend could pick up the flow

Tiger Lily knocked it out of the park for our wedding. Can't thank them enough for bringing our vision to life, and making our outdoor venue as beautiful as we could imagine. Would give more than 5 stars if possible - incredibly grateful for their team, their quality. (Not to mention, all the other flowers we've got from Tiger Lily in the past have been tremendous as well - every occasion!)

Excellent customer service! They created this beautiful arrangement same day. Thank you for saving our boss' going away party. Will definitely recommend!

I paid 260 dollars for a premium valentines bouquet, the flowers came wilted and on the verge of death. I don’t understand how they are the best in Henderson. I could have got better flowers from Albertsons. I would avoid this place

Ordered/PurchasedCorsage/Boutonniere set for son's homecoming dance, $70. I thought it was a little expensive but needed it that day. I was told it would be ready at 3 PM. As of yet no issues, phone service was good and it was ready on time. Everything looked as it should. I was a little surprised they put in a plain plastic container. The problem came once the corsage was put on the young girls wrist, within 15 minutes before they could even get pictures the flowers fell out, corsage started coming apart,before they got event!! At this point florist was closed. Needless to say these 2 young teens were extremely upset and disappointed! First HC event and first time buying a corsage set. This review is written the night of the event, I will contact florist on Monday morning when they open and see how they respond. The only reason I picked them was they answered the phone, local and their rating as one of the best. I'd hate to see worse! The young ladies mom tried to fix too.
